'Awareness' Training

This "Forklift Operator Safety Awareness "online program has been prepared as an excellent review for forklift operators in the basics of forklift safety and operations and as an  introduction for training new forklift operators in the basics of forklift safety and operations.

The objectives of this Online Program are:

• to help the operator get the maximum benefit of forklift safety;
• to have the operators understand how weight, speed and momentum effect forklift operations;
• to identify the safe handling procedures associated with fuels and batteries used in forklifts;
• to identify safe operating techniques of a forklift; and
• to show operators how to perform daily maintenance and safety checks on a forklift.

Forklift Exams

Our Forklift Training Course comes complete with several chapters which are accompanied by brief proficiency testing exams. These Forklift Exams will ensure that the student has learned enough to merit a Certificate of Completion. This Forklift Operator Safety Awareness Course will help increase operator efficiency and assist with incident/accident reduction. Statistics show that trained operators have a 70% reduced rate of operation error.

Each employer should ensure that he/she is aware of any/all legislation, with respect to "Forklift Operation" Regulations, which could be released by any Federal, Provincial or Territorial jurisdiction that may affect the safety of their employees with respect to operating a forklift.

Forklift Certificate

On successful completion of this programming the participant will receive a “Certificate of Awareness". 

For due diligence, the employer should have a competent person perform the appropriate physical testing to ensure the proper use and maintenance of the onsite forklift(s) to be used by the prospective operators.

The employer can then issue a “Certificate of Proficiency”.

 Your certificates are stored within your training account. If for some reason a certificate is lost or damaged, a new certificate can be printed off at any time providing that you have successfully completed the corresponding training materials.
